About me
With so many demands on your time, it’s easy to find yourself at the bottom of your priority list. There’s always something or someone that needs your attention, so the idea of self-care may seem like an indulgence that you just don’t have time for. I find that life has a way of making us stop and listen, whether that be through a physical or mental health concern, family or relationship difficulty, problems at work or a major life event.
I'm here to help you through these challenges.
You deserve to be heard. You deserve to be listened to. That’s where counselling comes in. Walking into my therapy room, or joining me online, you’ll be met with a genuine warmth and empathy. The transformative power of being accepted, just as you are, without judgement and of being truly seen and heard, is like no other.
Often people wonder what they’ll find to talk about or whether their problems are really ‘big enough’. Believe me when I say there’s no problem too big or too small. In our sessions, I will help you to explore what’s going on emotionally so that you can find out what’s lying underneath any uncomfortable feelings. It’s a journey of self-discovery and in my experience, a journey that leads to an enhanced feeling of wellbeing.
I know that taking that first step can be daunting. I’ve been there too. My aim is to make that step as easy as possible.
So if you’re ready to make a change, please get in touch. We can arrange an initial consultation so that you can find out more about how I can help you feel better.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a registered and accredited counsellor, dedicated to supporting individuals in their journey towards healing, wellbeing and personal growth. My approach blends traditional counselling techniques with holistic practices, focusing on the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit. I believe that true healing happens when we address all aspects of ourselves - emotional, mental, physical and spiritual. With a foundation in person-centred therapy, I offer a safe and compassionate space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and uncover the root causes of your challenges. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, or seeking greater clarity and purpose, I’m here to support you through the process of self-discovery and transformation.
My work integrates a variety of modalities, including traditional talking therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, positive psychology and EFT Tapping, tailored to meet your unique needs. Together, we will work towards empowering you to achieve lasting change, resilience and a deeper sense of inner-peace.
I endeavour to bring my whole self to every session and so if you would like to find out more about working with me, I would be very happy to arrange an initial call. You can visit my website: www.jessicadaniellecounselling.com or get in touch via email. I look forward to walking alongside you on your healing journey.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
