About me

Jessica Neale | Accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapist.

With almost a decade of experience within the NHS, I've had the privilege of supporting many people through the surprises and challenges of life's journey.

Feeling overwhelmed is normal. However if the feeling is persistent, take a moment to breathe and acknowledge these concerns with me. I can help you understand and navigate this in a warm, supportive and confidential environment.

Empowerment is at the heart of my approach. I believe that by equipping you with the right theoretical knowledge and evidence-based tools, you can gain the insight and confidence to break free from unhelpful patterns that will allow you to move forward.

I specialise in treating a range of issues, including: depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, general anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder and specific phobias.

If my experience and approach resonates with you, I invite you to reach out and schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
