About me

Jessica Neale | Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist.

I am an accredited therapist specialising in women’s mental health. With almost a decade of experience in the NHS, I’ve had the privilege of working with many women navigating the psychological impact of menstrual health conditions and reproductive transitions. I offer dedicated care for:

·Individuals hoping to learn more about the relationship between mental and menstrual health

  • Premenstrual syndrome (PMS)
  • Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)
  • Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS, previously PCOS)
  • Endometriosis
  • Pregnancy and postnatal
  • Perimenopause and menopause
  • Neurodivergence and menstruating

Empowerment is at the heart of my approach. I believe that by equipping you with the right theoretical knowledge and evidence-based tools, you can gain the insight and confidence to break free from unhelpful patterns and move forward.

If my experience and approach resonates with you, I invite you to reach out and schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
