About me
Online mainly. In-Person availability limited currently
Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges (individuals, couples, work, friends, family), or other struggles, I’ll hold the space with you. I'll be there through the difficult times, when the days feel impossible to cope with, when small things spiral.
I’ll guide you to develop tools and strategies you need to move forward. Together, we’ll work on building your self-confidence and self-esteem. Contact me if this resonates with you.
With my NHS and coaching background, therapeutic training and own experience of finding therapy beneficial, I can help you. Together, we’ll address both practical support and longer-term growth.
Sample of Practical Support and Strategies
- Manage Emotions & Anxiety – Develop tools to help you feel more in control of your emotions.
- Sleep & Overthinking – Struggling to switch off or waking up exhausted? We’ll explore ways to regain balance and energy.
- Relationship Conflicts – Whether it’s trust issues or feeling unseen, we’ll work on improving communication and strengthening your relationships.
- Build Self-Esteem & Confidence – Focus on boosting your self-worth and strengthening your sense of self in relationships and daily life.
Sample of Long-Term Growth and Understanding
- Insecurity in Relationships – If you’re feeling ‘not enough,’ we’ll focus on building more confidence and healthier connections.
- Life Changes – Whether it’s a breakup, illness, or career transition, we’ll explore how to navigate these changes with clarity and acceptance.
- Past Experiences & Triggers – We’ll explore how past experiences may be influencing your present challenges and work on breaking old patterns.
- Understand the Past – Together, we’ll reflect on how your past has shaped your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
- Break Unhelpful Patterns – We’ll identify and work on changing patterns in relationships, work, and personal habits, step by step.

I use a blend of therapeutic approaches, including coaching, integrated CBT, solution-focused techniques, to help you . My work with organisations like The Listening Place (supporting those feeling suicidal) also informs my approach. Ultimately I am led by you and we will go at your pace during this journey together.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
