Hello, I’m Grazyna (she/her). Please, call me Graz, for short. It's like 'grass' with a 'z' at the end.

Taking the first step to find a therapist takes real courage. Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, carrying a weight, or wondering why you relationships are unsatisfying? Whatever is bringing you here, I want you to know that you don't have to navigate it on your own.

Therapy offers a unique, confidential space to be truly heard without judgment. It’s a chance to untangle your thoughts and feelings, gain a fresh perspective, and discover a path towards positive and lasting change.

How I Work: Our Journey Together

I am an integrative therapist, which simply means I draw upon different therapeutic approaches to tailor our sessions specifically to you. Your therapy should be as unique as your own story.

- At the heart of our work will be a warm, empathic, and genuine professional relationship. This is the foundation of person-centred therapy (PCT), ensuring you feel safe and accepted.

- For practical, in-the-moment support, we use tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you manage difficult thoughts and develop new, healthier coping strategies.

- To help understand your patterns, we might use ideas from Transactional Analysis (TA) to gently explore how past experiences and relationships may be influencing your present.

My belief in the power of therapy is deeply personal. Having experienced its benefits first-hand—finding self-acceptance, building the courage to set boundaries, and learning to live more fully in the present—I was inspired to become a therapist myself. I hold the hope that you, too, can find that sense of relief and possibility, and I have the strength and know-how to support you with this.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
