About me

About Me

I am a qualified integrative therapist working with adults and children/young people; this means I can work in different ways depending on the issues you want to work with.

Having fostered children for over 20 years I bring in-depth experience of parenting. Alongside counselling adults my passion is to work with parents and children to help families flourish.

I am compassionate and hope filled in the work that I will do with you. I am hopeful that we can help you start new ways to live the life you desire.

What might bring you to think about counselling?

Are you worried, losing sleep, without hope, repeating patterns of behaviour and thoughts that are not working for you? Counselling can provide you with a safe space to explore areas such as

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Anger management
  • Low Self esteem
  • Confidence Issues
  • Family issues
  • Challenges of parenting
  • Along with many other areas that may be concerning you.

Struggling with parenting? It is tough today to know what to do for the best in raising children; together we can explore the struggles of parenting and help you find new confidence in this area of your life.

What happens next?

I suggest we have an initial phone call and decide if I am the therapist for you, we will then arrange our first session either in person in Cardiff or online via phone/video call.  I find it is helpful for us to meet weekly to develop our relationship and keep on track of the goals you may want to set in our sessions.

I look forward to working with you.
