About me

About Me

I am a qualified integrative counsellor, NLP Practitioner and Coach working with adults and children/young people;  I offer in person/online and outdoor therapy sessions that can help you process and understand experiences you have had in the past, currently experiencing and look to the future with renewed hope.  Together we can look at removing limiting beliefs and improving your mindset using coaching to develop your future goals.

Having fostered children for over 20 years I bring in-depth experience of parenting and and helping families to flourish.

I am compassionate and hope filled in the work that we will do. Together we can help you start new ways to live the life you desire.

What might bring you to think about counselling?

Are you worried, losing sleep, without hope, repeating patterns of behaviour and thoughts that are not working for you? Counselling can provide you with a safe space to explore areas such as

  • Limiting beliefs
  • Mindset change
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Anger management
  • Low Self esteem
  • Confidence Issues
  • Family issues
  • Challenges of parenting
  • Along with many other areas that may be concerning you.

Struggling with parenting? It is tough today to know what to do for the best in raising children; together we can explore the struggles of parenting and help you find new confidence in this area of your life.

Unsure if you can achieve what you want in life - lets explore coaching and what is holding you back !

What happens next?

I suggest we have an initial phone call and decide if I am the person for you, we will then arrange our first session either in person in Cardiff or online via phone/video call.  I find it is helpful for us to meet weekly to develop our relationship and keep on track of the goals you may want to set in our sessions.

I look forward to working with you.
