About me
Do you need help? please consider my professional profile.
Throughout years of practice I have developed confidence in supporting people with stress, anxiety, depression and feeling lost and hopeless. In my perception, counselling therapy is a way of helping people to overcome stress, emotional problems, relationship problems or troublesome habits. Nowadays I tend to work with issues like anxiety, panic attacks, depression, difficulties due to trauma and changes, bereavement and chronic-illness. I use a wide range of models and skills from CBT, Mindfulness, Creative Meditation and Psychosynthesis. I am however open to explore and support you with other issues that you might experience.
Overall I offer short or long term counselling therapy for a wide range of issues using humanistic and integrative models. I was trained at the Psychosynthesis Education Trust, where I was awarded with a PG Dip. in Psychosynthesis Counselling. I have developed skills working with different therapeutic models in a wide range of services across London. My aim is to support you focusing on unresolved past patterns, present issues and future potential. I will enable the best conditions for your own exploration and discovery through genuine empathy and understanding and practical and creative interventions.
In the past I have worked both privately, for a Bereavement Service, Veteran Service, and for a charity that supports people living with depression, anxiety and chronic illness. I can offer counselling therapy in two languages: English, Italian. I am available to see clients via ZOOM. In my private counselling practice I can work with individuals, not couples, mainly during week days ( 9am-8pm).

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and adhere to their Code of Ethics and Good Practice.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
