About me

Are you stuck in a cycle? Do you feel lost? Are you doing everything you can and nothing is changing?

Mental Health advice can be overwhelming...

Get a journal, do mindfulness, take up a hobby, exercise, drink water everyday, prioritize self care, socialise, be a good parent, repeat your affirmations, love your body, get up early!!! - Let's rewind...all this advice has a purpose HOWEVER if we are still repeating patterns of behaviour or thinking that is unhelpful maybe there is more to it, maybe we could figure that out together.

I am a Qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist offering online or in person therapy to help you get to know yourself a little better.

Since leaving school I always landed in caring and helping roles its where my passion was, I worked in the care sector for 7 years and also dabbled in hospitality which I still currently do part time. I fell out of love with social care after some time and knew it was time for a change, I wanted to help people work on their mental health and understand themselves better.

If you feel you resonate with this then please don't hesitate to get in touch for a free consultation.

Thanks for taking the time and I wish you the best in your therapy journey.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
