About me
I provide a warm, calm, and safe space where you can openly share your feelings, experiences, and relationships without fear of judgment. Together, we can explore, understand, and begin the healing process, addressing the challenges, fears, and struggles that life may bring. Whether you need a compassionate and attentive listener or a more analytical and reflective perspective, I am here to support you.
My approach is flexible and tailored to your needs. I can work in a Person-Centred way, focusing on the present and what’s happening in the here and now. Alternatively, I can take a Psychodynamic approach, exploring how past experiences influence current behavior, uncovering hidden emotions and thoughts. These methods can also be integrated, offering a balanced and holistic perspective.
Throughout our work, the focus will be on your goals and needs. In this space, you’ll experience empathy, acceptance, and understanding, empowering you to move forward in your own way and at your own pace.
I believe in the transformative power of vulnerability and the growth that can happen within a strong therapeutic relationship. Taking the first step toward therapy is not easy and often requires great courage. To support you in this process, I offer a free 25-minute Zoom call. This gives us an opportunity to meet, address any questions you may have, and help you decide if this feels like the right fit for you.
Couple's therapy
Every relationship has its challenges, but with the right support, growth and connection are possible. In couples therapy, we can work together on a range of issues, including improving communication, managing conflict, navigating relationship transitions, and healing from grief or trauma.
At times, a deeper exploration into unconscious relationship patterns can be valuable. A psychodynamic approach helps uncover how early childhood experiences shape our ways of relating, shedding light on why we are drawn to certain partners and how past dynamics influence our present relationships.
For those struggling with unhelpful thought patterns affecting emotions and behaviours, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) can be useful in identifying and shifting negative perceptions, leading to healthier interactions.
We can also explore unconscious patterns of attraction rooted in early parental models—why we are drawn to certain people and how these dynamics play out in relationships. This concept is central to the IMAGO model, which helps couples recognize and transform these deep-seated patterns to foster deeper understanding and connection.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
