Denise Richards BA(HONS) BACP/UKRCP
02089470029 / 07840763716
I hold a BA(HONS) degree in Transactional Analysis having trained at the Metanoia Institute and am accredited with BACP/UKRCP. I have worked in the voluntary sector, work place settings and private practice for over 15 years with people who are experiencing many different issues in their lives.
Sometimes it is a crisis that brings people to seek support, or for some the cause of unhappiness and distress is not clear. I offer a safe, confidential and supportive relationship to explore and understand together, at your own pace, what issues both present and past could be influencing your life today.
I have a particular interest in abuse, anger/rage, shame and attachment issues.
I offer both long and short term face to face therapy.
