About me

I am a chartered counselling psychologist offering individual therapy to young adults, adults and older adults in person and online. I have considerable experience of working in the NHS in specialist and secondary care settings with clients experiencing depression, anxiety and gambling addiction. Currently based in a sexual health service, I work with clients living with HIV, struggling with compulsive sexual behaviour as well as psychosexual difficulties. I take an integrative approach to my work using cognitive analytic therapy primarily.
