About me
I am a qualified Professional Counsellor who offers clients a safe and warm environment to discuss their challenges.
I work sensitively with your needs in mind, offering support and empathy, ensuring I am Here with You throughout the counselling process.
I consider my work to be of an integrative approach, using gentle encouragement to help you through the process.
Training, qualifications & experience
Diploma in Adlerian Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I completed placement experience with Newpathways, a charity who specialise in working with Trauma and Sexual Violence.
More recently, I have completed training in relation to Infant Loss and Subsequent Pregnancies after Infant Loss.
I actively take part in regular training opportunities to expand my knowledge and abilities, so that I can help clients in a safe and professional manner.
I have varied experience throughout the work I have completed, including: Grief support, Anxiety, Depression, Domestic Violence, Relationship Dynamics and much more.
