About me

My passion is supporting children (11+), teenagers and adults around a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, low self-esteem/confidence, trauma and family issues.

My adult counselling and couples work has focused on communication difference, adverse childhood experiences and how these play out in current relationships, as well as late diagnosis of ADHD, Autism and AuADHD.

My aim is always to support my clients to raise awareness, develop choices and promote change in their lives.  I work through a flexible integrative approach to meet the needs and learning styles of my clients both face to face and online.

Next Steps

Choosing the right counsellor is important, so I offer a free 30 minute introductory call to ensure I am the best professional to work with you, or your child. If you would like to book a call, or have a question, please feel free to send me a direct message.

With children and teenagers I also offer them a free 30 minute initial meet and greet to make sure they are happy to work with me.
