About me
Choosing a counsellor/therapist can be a very daunting step, but you have already done the hardest part in starting your search. I’m Caroline, a warm, empathetic and compassionate person who can offer you the safe space in which to build a therapeutic connection and feel completely heard. Navigating life can be extremely tough at times in this ever changing world and can present many challenges along the way.
