About me
I am an accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with with a Pluralistic background, which means I use multiple tools and frameworks depending on the needs and preferences of my client.
I work from a person-centred approach, which emphasises your unique human ability to direct your own healing and growth, and I can offer the empathetic, relational support and safe space needed for this deeply personal work.
By drawing on key aspects of Psychodynamic, Humanistic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and utilising frameworks, conceptualisations and tools from any or all of these modalities I can help you understand what is happening for you in your present, explore possible links to your past, create empathetic space to help you heal, and develop the skills and mindset for you to move forward in your life now.
Drawing on multiple theoretical and practical approaches means we have the flexibility and a range of different tools to create a therapeutic experience as unique as you are.
