About me
Hello, I am an accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with an integrative background and skillset. I draw on tools from different theoretical models, underpinned by a person-centred approach, which recognises our innate potential for healing and personal growth. My role is to provide a safe and empathetic space to facilitate this process.
I am experienced in working with a range of emotional and behavioural issues including but not limited to: stress, anxiety and depression, burnout, grief and loss, self-esteem and confidence, relationships and communication, and many more.
I integrate key aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic and Person-Centred therapy to help you understand what is happening in your present, explore possible links to your past, and help you develop the skills and mindset to move forward.
Sessions can be arranged online or face-to-face at my peaceful and private practice, (parking available).
I hope to hear from you soon.
