About me

I am an accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with with a Pluralistic background, which means I use multiple tools and frameworks depending on the needs and preferences of my client.

I work from a person-centred approach, which emphasises your unique human ability to direct your own healing and growth, and I can offer the empathetic, relational support and safe space needed for this deeply personal work.

By drawing on key aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic and  Humanistic frameworks, and using conceptualisations and tools from any or all of these modalities, I can help you understand what is happening for you in your present, explore possible links to your past, create empathetic space to help you heal, and develop the skills and mindset for you to move forward in your life now.

A Pluralistic approaches means we have the flexibility and range of tools to create a therapeutic experience as unique as you are.

Sessions can be arranged face-to-face at my peaceful and private practice near Dorking, (parking available).

I can also offer online counselling if more convenient.

If this is your time, get in touch today.
