£40 ... first session £40 and same for subsequent sessions thereafter. No hidden costs.
Counselling can be a big decision to make. I offer new prospective clients to meet together as a 'one-off' to see if the rapport between us works. This first meeting is for about an hour or less (sessions are usually an hour long), and there is no obligation to return. In other words, you try one session of counselling and then decide whether to proceed. This is for a fee of £40
At this initial session we can discuss the right possible therapy type for your self. As you can see on here, I am a practitioner of EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing); CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy); Counselling (person centered); and I have training also in psychodynamic and transactional analysis approaches. These types of therapies can be discussed at your first session to decide what is most suitable for you.
