About me

 *CURRENTLY OPEN TO NEW CLIENTS*

Are you seeking a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and valued? I’m here to help. My approach is rooted in open, honest, and respectful communication, ensuring that you feel comfortable and empowered throughout your counselling journey.

Getting Started

I offer a free initial call or brief Zoom meeting to discuss your therapy goals, answer any questions, and see if we’d be a good fit. If we decide to move forward, our first full session will include an assessment to understand your background and help shape our work together.

I work mainly with young adults (16–30) who are struggling with low mood, low self-esteem, and anxiety, including social anxiety and general worry. I also have experience supporting neurodiverse clients, including those with ADHD and autism.

My approach is integrative, drawing on:

Person-Centred Therapy - provides a non-judgmental, empathic space where you can be fully heard. It helps build self-trust, confidence, and clarity.

Psychodynamic Therapy - explores how past experiences and relationships influence your current emotions and patterns, helping you understand yourself more deeply.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) - supports you to face difficult thoughts and feelings with openness, and take meaningful steps toward your values, even in the face of challenges.

Together, we’ll find a way of working that feels right for you, helping you understand your experiences, reduce emotional struggle, and move toward the life you want to lead.

I’d love to support you on your journey. Let’s connect. 💙

The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
