About me

Seeking counselling and having the space to talk and focus on you, can help when life throws you difficult situations, feelings and events. Having the space to talk about whatever you choose to without judgement can be liberating. As a Person-Centred Counsellor I work alongside you, supporting you in any decisions you choose to make. My aim is to build a professional, trusting relationship with you where you feel safe and willing to explore whatever you choose to bring.
You may have low self esteem, feel anxious or depressed, you may lack confidence or are experiencing family/relationship issues and are struggling to understand how or why you feel this way, then together we can explore these feelings and thoughts so you can have a better understanding of them.
Sessions will be client led where you will have the space to share your feelings, opinions, views and beliefs.

Please get in touch for a free 15 minute consultation where we can talk about what you are looking for. This helps with any built up anxieties about counselling before we start sessions. Remember the first step is always the hardest!

Training, qualifications & experience

I completed my Level 4 Diploma at Willows Counselling Service in Swindon.

I work with young people aged 14 through to adults and am currently offering Telephone/Teams sessions.

Please contact me for more information for a free 15 minute consultation.
