About me

It takes courage to be reflective about ourselves and consider the things that might be getting in our way. Finding the right therapist can be an overwhelming task. I’m Amy, a humanistic and integrative Psychotherapist. Whatever has brought you here, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, changes to your identity or other stumbling blocks in life; our co-created relationship could be the catalyst for change you’re looking for.

Being an integrative therapist simply means I use a range of theoretical models tailored to your needs. This can aid your understanding of yourself, help you to move towards acceptance and ultimately make new decisions in life. My practice is trauma informed and underpinned by a commitment to meet you where you are, in this moment.

Life can be really challenging when we don’t feel like ourselves. Contact me to book in an assessment session, where we can discuss your needs and explore if I’m the right person to effectively support you on your journey.
