About me
I am an integrative Dance Movement Psychotherapist and have 10 years of experience working with people to support a variety of needs and interests. I offer an embodied approach to psychotherapy which is informed by my extensive experience and understanding of the body, movement and human experience.
I offer one-to-one and group therapy. Sessions are held in a spacious yet intimate village hall in Eridge, East Sussex surrounded by countryside views. I also offer hybrid and outdoors depending on individual needs and availability.
My integrative psychotherapeutic approach is predominantely influenced by embodied, humanistic, psychodynamic and transpersonal perspectives. I interweave meditation and other creative forms such as music, art, props and play when helpful.
My intention is to work closely with you, to encourage growth and shifts in life which align with your heart, helping you to drop deeper into your natural essence and in connection with the world in which you find yourself.
A typical session includes both verbal and non-verbal reflection. No previous experience of movement or body-work is required, just an interest and a willingness to be curious together.
