About me

As an Integrative Counsellor, I use different humanistic ideas to help you understand yourself and the current situation you find yourself in. This involves exploring your view of the world, self dialogue, actions, life experiences, and relationships which led you to seek counselling or therapy.

I make sure your counselling experience is unique and tailored to you. I strongly believe in the important role of the relationship between the counsellor and the client. Having been a client myself and experienced different counselling styles, I know that trust and non judgment are key to successful counselling.

Whether you need short-term help for a specific issue or want long-term personal growth, I'm committed to providing a welcoming, understanding, and non-judgmental space for you to gain clarity and make positive and meaningful changes in your life.

This solid foundation is crucial, as it brings life to different ideas and techniques. It's the fertile ground where personal growth can happen. That's why I offer a free initial consultation—a chance for us to talk about your struggles and see if we're a good fit for this journey together.

I look forward to hearing from you.
