I'm Tracy and I am One of a Kind Counselling, Coaching and Training, named as such because I value uniqueness; yours and mine. All services that I provide are offered with kindness and compassion.

Do you want support and space to heal, find your power and set in motion changes just for you? Then perhaps I can help. I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist and CMI qualified coach. I provide in person and online counselling for adults using a range of approaches. 

I have a particular interest in loss, grief and bereavement. Loss is not limited to bereavement; loss and its associated grief is a driving factor in many issues. Loss of your identity, job, business, relationship and health can be upsetting, stressful, even traumatic and therapy can provide support. I also offer support for women's issues and life transitions. 

I particularly enjoy offering elements of coaching in therapy depending on your needs and I like to employ the use of psychoeducation in our sessions. My belief is that if you can understand why you're feeling a particular way it can help with self awareness, alleviate fears and provide you with coping tools out with of therapy. I want you to have the power.
