About me

The best part of being a counsellor is the privilege of accompanying individuals on their healing journeys. I'm a qualified counsellor based in London, offering both online and face-to-face sessions. My passion lies in guiding individuals through their healing journeys, with the ultimate goal of helping them reach a place where they no longer require my support.

I specialise in helping individuals navigate a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Whether you're struggling with family issues, low self-confidence, or trauma, I'm here to provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your concerns.

Belonging to a culture full of expectations and strong values I am able to relate to issues which people face on a day to day basis when trying to escape such strong beliefs in order to find themselves.

I also have experience in supporting those dealing with bereavement, stress, and the overwhelming feeling of sadness. If you're suffering with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), or loneliness, I'm here to help. You can trust me to provide support for issues such as social anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and affairs and betrayals.

Additionally, I have expertise in addressing abuse and panic attacks. If health anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), or emotional abuse is affecting your well-being, we can work together to find solutions. I'm also experienced in dealing with work-related stress and offer a person-centred and integrative approach to therapy.

Whether you're struggling with perfectionism, seeking young people's counselling, or dealing with self-harm or sexual abuse, I can tailor our sessions to your unique needs. If you or someone you know is facing challenges related to narcissistic personality disorder or behavioural problems, please reach out.

Additionally, if you're dealing with issues related to domestic abuse, I have the expertise to guide you towards healing and growth. I understand the impact of bullying and am here to provide a safe space for you to share your experiences.

My counselling approach also takes into consideration issues related to spirituality and the complexities surrounding abortion. Whatever challenges you're facing, know that I'm dedicated to supporting you on your journey to a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.

To kickstart our journey together, I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation. During this time, we can discuss your specific concerns and how my expertise aligns with your needs.

Thank you for visiting my profile.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
