About me

I am a registered Counselling Psychologist based in London, with years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with such difficulties as stress and anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I aim to tailor the therapy approach to each client's individual needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of clients for taking that first step!

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
