Even when we have support from friends and family there can be times when it just doesn’t feel right to say how you really feel for fear of hurting their feelings or not being understood.

If you'd like to meet face to face you can choose from a welcoming and comfortable room in the centre of Aylesbury or alternatively, Walk and Talk therapy in Aylesbury or Tring offers a great opportunity to step away from screens, enjoy nature, and support your physical health as well as your mental health.

If you'd prefer to meet online then you have the option of using a secure and confidential online platform. These sessions offer you the opportunity to work from a comfortable space of your choice at a time that fits in with your lifestyle.
