About me

I am an HCPC registered and BPS Chartered Counselling Psychologist with clinical experience supporting children, adolescents and adults within the NHS and private services. As a qualified psychologist, I have doctoral level training in providing counselling psychology. I am trained in a range of evidence based therapeutic approaches (CBT, person-centred and psychodynamic) and I integrate these approaches to fit the needs of my clients and their therapy goals.

I want to offer you your own safe space where you can relax, be curious and grow. I have experience offering both short-term and long-term psychological support and therefore I am happy to be flexible with your preferences for therapy length. Not sure whether therapy is right for you? I'm happy to answer any questions you have via email or phone.

I offer therapy sessions online. This means you can fit your session around your busy life and can feel comfortable in your familiar surroundings.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and a BSc in Psychology and Criminology. I engage with regular CPD to keep my knowledge up to date.

I have over 5 years experience providing psychological support to others.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
