About me

My name is Rob and I am fully qualified counsellor trained in Person Centred-Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I have almost 10 years experience working with both adults and young people.

As a counsellor I will support you to explore any past or current difficulties in a safe, supportive and confidential environment. I offer an empathic and non-judgement space to help you develop, grow and understand what may be troubling you.

Experiencing difficulties is a natural part of life through CBT and counselling I support people to improve their emotional well-being and feel empowered.

I hold full accreditation with the BABCP and I abide by their code of ethics. I work both short and long term offering a safe environment for you to explore any past or present difficulties.

My current private work will be based online via zoom or through email, messenger and phone. I have qualifications and a lot of experience in online therapy.
