About me
I help clients experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem/confidence, and issues with family/relationships as well as many other presenting issues.
Through therapy, I work with clients toward understanding their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to start feeling better and improving their overall mental health. Clients then can go on to have the confidence to deal with issues as they arise.
I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor with a diploma in Transactional Analysis therapy.
I work with adults of all ages to help them understand they way they are feeling and thinking, and in turn improve the quality of their relationships with the people around them.
I work in a relational way, where I see myself and my client as equal.
