With a number of years experience, I specialise in anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and helping clients that are struggling in their relationships with the people around them.
I employ a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet your unique needs, including Transactional Analysis (TA), Psychoanalytic Theory and Integrative Therapy.
In our sessions I work relationally, so you can expect a collaborative and supportive environment where your experiences and feelings are validated. The goal is to empower you with insights and strategies that foster resilience and promote well-being.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
