About me
I'm an experienced Senior Cognitive Behavioural Therapist specialising in online CBT for Perfectionism and Anxiety. I've helped hundreds of perfectionists overcome anxiety, overthinking, procrastination and self-doubt. I can help you develop effective strategies to manage your perfectionism so you can feel calm, confident and content. If you often experience overwhelm and you're constantly striving to achieve, but never feel satisfied or good enough, then you've come to the right profile!
I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy tailored to support Perfectionists. We'll get a good balance between talking and doing, to ensure you reach your therapy goals. And I'll incorporate my skills in Compassion Focused Therapy and Mindfulness to help you develop more self-compassion and mindful awareness in the process.
I understand how Perfectionism can make you feel inadequate, but it doesn't have to be that way forever. My therapy approach is compassionate, warm, effective, and friendly, and I'd love to help you learn how to thrive as a perfectionist. Get in touch today and either schedule a free 15 min intro call or book straight into an initial appointment.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have over 13 years of experience as a CBT Therapist, primarily within the NHS as a Senior Therapist leading mental health services in London. I am a BABCP Accredited Therapist and Supervisor, a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Coach, and a trained Mindfulness (MBCT) Teacher.
I recently left my role as Deputy Clinical Lead & Principal CBT Therapist in Hertfordshire's NHS Talking Therapies service to focus on my private practice specialising in Perfectionism and Anxiety.

BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
