About me

Art therapy is a method of therapeutic intervention that enables you the client to express themselves through a creative outlet, you may not have the words to share or express yourself so let the art be your voice.

And if you are saying to yourself “I’m no good at art” you don’t need to be “good” at art to access art therapy.

I offer Art Therapy interventions alongside other therapeutic techniques ranging from ‘basic’ psycho-education around sleep hygiene to counselling skills for emotional language development.

I like to work with you to find the best outcomes for you.
