About me

I am a chartered Counselling Psychologist (CPsychol) accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a registered psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

I have over 10 years experience working with a range of mental health difficulties in a variety of settings, including NHS, local government, charities, corporate and private sectors. Such diversity has afforded me with ample experience supporting people from a variety of backgrounds, with a range of problems. I therefore understand the importance of having a therapist who can provide a welcoming, empathetic and non-judgemental space.

I believe that everyone is unique, and therefore realise how problems affect people in different ways, and depending on the issue can offer short or longer term therapy options. I work integratively by drawing upon different therapeutic approaches in order to assess and develop a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. Embarking upon therapy is a personal and potentially life-changing experience. Therefore it is important to have a therapist who you feel is a good fit for you, which is why I offer a free 15 minute initial consultation.
