About me

I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and a registered member of Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland (COSCA)

I understand that reaching out can be challenging and will support you in a respectful space in which you feel listened to and valued. I will work with you to create unique and tailored sessions in which you are working through your challenges and progressing toward your goals. I provide cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to help with challenges such as; depression, anxiety, trauma and interpersonal skills.

I am passionate about working with people from all backgrounds and will support you to discover your own unique strengths and potential for self-empowerment. I currently work with young adults and adults aged 18+.

Training, qualifications & experience

Martin is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and holds a Diploma in CBT and Group work (SCQF Level 11, COSCA validated). He is a registered member of Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland (COSCA).

Additionally. he is a secondary school teacher delivering Spanish and French with over 25 years experience.
