About me

Hello! I'm so glad you’re here. As a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and a proud member of Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland (COSCA), I’m deeply passionate about helping those who may be struggling with mental health challenges.

I know that reaching out can feel daunting, but I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate this journey alone. In our sessions, you will find a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can truly be yourself. My goal is to create a confidential and relaxing atmosphere where we can explore your difficulties together. You’ll be listened to and valued, and we’ll work collaboratively to tailor our sessions to your unique needs and goals.

I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and incorporate a Person-Centred approach, focusing on issues like depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and addiction. My commitment is to support individuals from all backgrounds, helping you uncover your strengths and empowering you on your path to self-discovery.

I currently work with young adults and adults aged 18 and over, and I’m here to help you feel more equipped to face life’s challenges. If you’d like to learn more about CBT and how we can work together, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I offer a free 20-minute telephone consultation where we can discuss your needs and how I can support you.

Remember, taking the first step is a sign of strength. I look forward to hearing from you!
