About me
Are you worried about your child? Contact me today to arrange a consultation.
I am a chartered Psychologist offering a safe and compassionate space to clients, working closely with parents and children to address emotional, behavioural and developmental needs. To foster healthy relationships, build resilience and unlock each child’s potential.
I approach distress in the context in which it arises - as a natural response to difficult and often traumatic experiences. Instead of asking “what is wrong with you?”, I am interested in knowing “what has happened to you?” In contextualising distress, I support you to understand your experiences, in a manner that is meaningful to you, providing validation and facilitating the start of a healing journey.
I take a holistic view of healing, recognising the importance of sleep, nutrition, exercise and socialisation.
In addition to therapy, I also offer autism and ADHD assessments. In addition, as a trained supervisor, I also offer clinical and reflective supervision. Please inquire for further information.
The theoretical part - Primarily grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy and Cognitive-behavioural-therapy, my work is also influenced by compassion focused therapy, solution-focused-therapy, CAT and systemic thought.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
