About me

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and I work with areas such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, trauma, OCD, relationship issues and other significant life events.

I will work at your pace to explore the parts of your life that you wish to focus on. I will help you find the connections between your thoughts, behaviours and emotions, especially the ones that are unhelpful to you. Then together we will look at how you can take this new awareness and start to make changes.

Your treatment plan is personalised to what you need as you move through the sessions, and I will bring in techniques from other types of counselling if I feel that would be of benefit to you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have 25 years of working in mental health services with adults.

Qualifications include

  • Diploma in Counselling and Groupwork (CBT Approach)
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Autism Studies
  • Professional Diploma in Positive Behaviour Support
