About me

Are you a parent concerned about your child's happiness, anxiety, well-being or behaviour? I’m here to help. With over 30 years of experience working with children, including as a CBT therapist, I specialise in empowering young individuals to conquer anxiety and take control of their lives. Behaviours like anger often mask underlying feelings and needs. Anger might conceal feelings of frustration, hurt, or fear. In many cases, these behaviours serve as a defence mechanism to cope with internal struggles such as stress, insecurity, or unresolved emotions.
Together, we'll work towards solutions that honour their individuality and experiences. Adolescence can be tough, but I’m here to help them regain control and build resilience. My evidence-based techniques and tailored interventions are designed to equip them with the tools they need to manage anxiety effectively.
At the heart of my practice is compassion. Through counselling, they'll develop ways to cope and build confidence to face life's challenges head-on. My holistic approach addresses not just the symptoms, but also the underlying causes of anxiety. I’m here to support them every step of the way, as a partner in their journey towards a happier, healthier life.
