About me
Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, or life’s daily pressures? I support adults, young people and children to manage anxiety, build resilience, and regain a sense of control in their lives.
Avoidant behaviours such as withdrawal, procrastination, or overreliance on screens often mask deeper emotional distress. Through a compassionate and practical approach, I help clients identify and address these patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and cultivate lasting confidence.
Life’s challenges, whether in adolescence or adulthood, can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face them alone. By combining evidence-based therapeutic approaches with personalised support, I work collaboratively with you to develop the tools you need to navigate anxiety and stress with clarity and confidence.
At the heart of my practice is compassion. Through counselling, clients learn to understand themselves more deeply, build emotional resilience, and face life’s challenges with confidence and self-awareness. My holistic approach addresses not just the symptoms, but the underlying causes of anxiety and distress.
Leading to a calmer, more confident, and fulfilling life.
