About me
Welcome. I am a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist working with adults, couples, children, adolescents and families. Many people encounter difficulties at different points in their lives, and therapy can provide a safe, confidential and thoughtful space in which to make sense of these experiences.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, fear, trauma, neurodiversity, life transitions, relationship and family difficulties, ambiguous loss and complex grief. I have particular experience in working with complex and intersecting emotional and relational challenges.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a UKCP- and MBACP-accredited psychotherapist working with adults, couples, children, adolescents and families. My approach is integrative, informed by humanistic, psychodynamic, existential, Jungian and transpersonal perspectives, and carefully tailored to each person’s needs.
My professional training includes an MA in Transpersonal Child, Adolescent and Family Therapy from CCPE and the University of Northampton, a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from CCPE, and a Diploma in Couple and Intimate Relationship Psychotherapy. I am currently training as a clinical supervisor.
Alongside private practice, I have worked as a school counsellor and psychotherapist in high-achieving schools. I also bring substantial experience from the voluntary sector, having worked with organisations including Women + Health, FreshStart, The Caravan and Maytree.
I have extensive experience working therapeutically with both adults and young people. I work creatively alongside talking therapy, using drawing, dreams, visualisation and sandtray where helpful, to support the expression of feelings and experiences that may be hard to articulate in words alone.
I offer therapy in English and French.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Areas of counselling I deal with
Other areas of counselling I deal with
In addition to these areas, I bring extensive experience of working with children and adolescents in both private practice and high-achieving school environments. I understand the pressures they may face at school and socially, and I support them with emotional regulation, self-esteem, identity and relationships. I also work with parents, adults and couples, with a particular interest in family dynamics, relational patterns, attachment and life transitions.

Further information
I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space in which to explore your inner world and lived experience. Psychotherapy can be a deeply transformative process, supporting lasting change, greater self-understanding, and a more grounded sense of self.
My approach is holistic, thoughtful and attuned to the needs of each individual. Alongside talking therapy, I may draw on dreams, creative imagination, visualisation and drawing. I also work with sandtray, which can offer a distinctive way of accessing and exploring both conscious and unconscious material.
In my work with children and young people, I also use creative modalities such as play, drawing, storytelling and drama alongside talking therapy. These can provide safe and developmentally appropriate ways of expressing emotions and experiences that may be difficult to put into words.
I offer weekly therapy sessions in both English and French. I am a member of The Black, African and Asian Therapy Network (BAATN), an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). My work is guided by their ethical frameworks.
