About me

Do you feel stuck and unable to move forward in life? Is your life being guided by uncomfortable thoughts and feelings that are keeping you stuck in unhelpful cycles? I am here to support you through life’s challenges, offering understanding, compassion and a non-judgemental space. My role is to listen and help you make sense of your experiences, so you can find adaptive ways to break out of unhelpful patterns and take meaningful steps forwards in line with your goals and values.

I offer a range of therapeutic approaches including, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I may draw upon a number of different therapeutic models to ensure sessions are tailored to your presenting needs.

The initial step of reaching out for help can feel really daunting but it also shows great courage and a commitment to yourself. If you are considering therapy and you think I might be a good fit for you, please get in touch to arrange a free initial consultation. Together we can explore your needs and make a plan for next steps.
