Other areas of counselling I deal with

My approach places you, the client, at the centre, enabling you to be autonomous in deciding for yourself what the best options are in moving forward with your issues. I do not offer advice – as you are the expert on yourself – but I can help you clarify difficult issues. I will offer my presence, attention, care, support and commitment to you.

£40.00 per session

When I work

I can be flexible for online sessions.  Can do face to face on Monday.

Further information

Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes.  Clients often meet me on a weekly basis (for the therapeutic process, it can be better to keep the momentum going) however, this can be flexible. The number of sessions you may find beneficial is very individual, but after our initial session we can discuss the best way forward. You do not need to feel pressure to commit to any specific number of sessions, although I may suggest a plan which I feel may be more suitable for your progress.
