About me
St Andrews-based counsellor and accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
I work with adults and older children (11+). I offer a safe and non-judgemental space to explore whatever may bring you to therapy.
My previous experience includes counselling in a secondary school and supporting trauma survivors. I also volunteer for a Fife-based charity working with survivors of sexual violence.
Counselling is not a one-size-fits-all. We are all unique and so is our path to feeling better, therefore I tailor my approach to suit your individual needs, combining a number of theories and evidence-based methods such as person-centred therapy, CBT, attachment theory and mindfulness.
My philosophy is to help you make positive changes while working on acceptance for things beyond your control. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, bereavement, self- esteem issues, anger management, or have a history of trauma and abuse, I am here to support you.

Please contact me if you would like to arrange a free no-obligation session to discuss your reasons for seeking counselling. It'll give you an opportunity to ask questions about the way I work and see if I am the right therapist for you.
