About me
I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor. I work in the modality of Transactional Analysis psychodynamics. I work in a relational way, working together with you to explore and understand the repeated patterns of behaviours that seem to find you in the same place in relationships, and work-related issues which may cause you anxiety and/or depression and stress.
We work together to make sense of and gain greater self-awareness and make changes to your day-to-day life.
I am able to offer a safe space to allow you to explore what may be going for you right now which may be causing you day-to-day difficulties in connection with family and friends. I offer face-to-face in my therapy room in Horsham, West Sussex, and also offer online options for those who prefer to meet that way or due to travel difficulties. You may have developed and been using unhealthy coping techniques to get through life. Together we can explore what changes will help you feel at ease with yourself and those around you.
