About me
I provide pluralistic counselling, bespoke hypnotherapy and wellbeing support for individuals, organisations and workplaces.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, relationships, identity or life’s wider challenges, or seeking workplace wellbeing, speaking, workshops or mental health initiatives, support is tailored, practical and psychologically informed.
Training, qualifications & experience
Having witnessed the struggles of individuals with mental health challenges and experienced the loss of friends to suicide, I discovered a natural ability to connect with people. Many have found me to be a trustworthy confidant, sharing their problems without prompting, an honour I deeply cherish. The feedback that I feel like a "safe" person to be around is one of the highest compliments I could receive.
I utilise a pluralistic approach because I firmly believe there is no 'one size fits all' solution in therapy. This allows me to adapt to your unique needs, ensuring a personalised and effective path forward. I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients, as it keeps my understanding broad and continuously fuels my passion for learning.
I am committed to ongoing professional development, constantly reading, writing, and researching new approaches, studies, and practice methods to enhance the quality of my work.
