About me

Hi I'm Laura, counsellor, reiki practioner, and founder of The Healing Space NI. I offer one-to-one counselling sessions where we will work together to explore your situation and needs. I work with a range of different issues and areas including anxiety, depression, and trauma and I specialise in issues affecting female's menstrual and sexual health/intimacy. During my time as a counsellor I have developed a holistic approach to working with people. I do not believe therapy should be a 'one size fits all' approach, and so I work specifically with the mind-body connection to create a tailored way to meet your individual needs. In the last few years I have also completed Reiki levels 1, 2, and 3 (Master level), so I am able to offer a combination of talking therapies and alternative therapy. Please contact me to arrange a free phone call where we can discuss how I can support you.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
  • Trauma (AQA)
  • CPD in the following: - Sexual and Domestic Abuse - Suicide Prevention - Crisis Intervention - Addictions - Mental Health Conditions - Mindfulness and Meditation.
  • I am also a qualified Reiki Practitioner up to level three (Master level)
