About me
I work in a person-centred, integrative way meaning that I use all aspects of counselling styles and theory and weave them into the work we do together, as I believe that one size does not fit all and one person may benefit from different approaches and styles at different points in their therapy.
I offer a non-judgmental, safe space for you to explore whatever you wish while really feeling heard and supported.
I can offer in person as I have the benefit of my own counselling cabin that is a cosy warm environment where clients feel safe and supported.
