About me

I offer psychotherapy and counselling to individuals and couples and also offer supervision to counsellors and therapists.

I am interested in people’s stories and how we get stuck in repeated patterns of behaviour which often go back to childhood. These patterns are generally linked to how we attached to the adults in our lives when we were infants.  I believe that it is never too late to change.

My clients bring issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Self Harm, Suicidal thoughts, Gender issues, and the problems that come with lifes changes, which may be marraige, divorce, bereavement, menopause.   You may not be able to identify whats going on, but we could discover that through therapy.

I offer a confidential space to explore the issues that you bring with the aim of allowing you to live a more complete and fulfilling life.

Training, qualifications & experience

Diploma in Counselling, CTA, MSc in Psychotherapy, Certificate in Clinical Supervision.
