About me

My name is Jack and I am a person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist working in Inverness. I provide one-to-one therapy for adults and offer in-person appointments, online (Zoom) appointments, and telephone appointments.

There are many reasons why you might be considering coming to therapy. Maybe you are looking for some help with a specific personal or emotional issue, or perhaps you have a more general sense of just not feeling okay.

Whatever is troubling you, I can offer you the chance to discuss your problems in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have experience working with a range of clients dealing with a wide variety of issues in a general setting as well as offering counselling to people with drug and alcohol addictions in a specialised service.

I am a registered member of COSCA, Scotland’s professional body for counselling and psychotherapy.

I have a DipHE in Person-centred Counselling and Psychotherapy.
