About me

I offer 50-minute sessions in either W1 or SE19, and also online via Zoom.

If you need a space to talk freely and confidentially to a professional who is non judgemental, curious and caring then contact me to book a free initial consultation. Take the first step toward seeking a solution. I have 18 years experience of supporting people with a diverse range needs and a wealth of personal life experience.

You can have any number of sessions from 2 to open-ended as I work using an integrative approach, which means I use a number of different theories and approaches to best tailor your sessions to your individual needs.

I offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore and discuss whatever you need to. I will support you to process thoughts and emotions and  work with you to develop emotional resources to reach any goals or make changes – whether in mindset or behaviours or to simply gain clarity of your wants and needs.

If you are facing a difficult time, struggling to find direction or manage emotions counselling can be a beneficial and empowering step to take for yourself.

Counselling can also be a helpful means to aid increased self-awareness, boost self-esteem, increase motivation and capacity to embrace new experiences.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
